The field is laid in a warm coral-red ground filled with stylized palmettes, vinework, and leaf forms in deep navy, soft ivory, and accents of moss green — a generous all-over composition rather than a strict medallion, which gives the rug versatility in modern rooms. The deep indigo border is finished with two narrower floral guard bands and short fringe at each end.

Honest age throughout. The pile shows the kind of even, soft worn texture that only comes from a century of careful use — collectors prize this over heavier, harder-wearing modern weaves.
