A signed and numbered original serigraph by Patricia Govezensky (Israeli, b. 1961), titled "Girltalk" — hand-pulled silkscreen on paper, edition 29 of 375, signed in pencil in the lower margin. Govezensky's instantly recognizable figurative style — confident, colorful renderings of women in moments of conversation, contemplation, and connection — has made her one of the most collected contemporary serigraphers working today.
Educated at the Avni Institute and the Art Academy at Ramat Hasharon (Israel), Govezensky works in the hand-pulled serigraph tradition: each color is squeezed through its own hand-cut screen, layered onto the sheet to build the saturated tones and slightly raised ink surface that distinguish a true artist's serigraph from offset reproduction. Her editions are limited and signed personally, and her work is carried by Gallery Direct Art, RoGallery, and a network of fine art dealers internationally.
This piece comes with the original Certificate of Authenticity issued by Fine Art Wholesalers Inc. (Pompano Beach, FL), Registration #146922, attached to the verso (visible in photos), confirming edition number, title, and signed-by-the-artist provenance.
Professionally framed in a clean dark moulding — ready to hang. Beautiful in a powder room, dressing area, dining room, or as a bright conversation piece in a contemporary living space.
